Hello NLCC Achilles Families

This is the weekly update for Friday Dec 17th. This week we will be 100% Online with ALL cadets. There is no in-person training this week.

All cadets are to login to Google Classroom in the Mass Class Meet between 6:45 - 6:55 for attendance. Cadets are to be in civilian attire, Christmas themed or coloured if possible. Nothing with flashing lights please. This is a fun night before our Christmas Break.

After Friday we will be standing down ( no cadets ) until Friday January 14th, at this time we do not know if that will be back with our Hybrid program or only online, please watch your email and notifications for further details in the New Year.

Hello NLCC Achilles Families

This is the weekly update from Friday December 1oth. At this time we are still planning to meet in our usual hybrid set up, in-person and online. Please note that there is a good chance this might change, possibly at the last minute. Watch for these updates/alerts and email to confirm if anything changes.

This Friday is Junior cadet exams (NEs and ACs) and regular training. This is the Bravo Group turn to be in person, NEs that are online will be given a link to the exam at the appropriate time, please advise if you will not be able to make the in person or online. PO2s will continue regular training, no exams tell mid February at the earliest.

In -Person cadets please arrive at your assigned time. All in-person cadets must complete our COVID-19 screening ( Form Link ) before 6pm Friday. Cadets are to arrive at their assigned times.

Online cadets are asked to login to the Mass Classroom between 6:45 - 6:55 for Colours and further instruction.

This is the weekly reminder for Friday Dec 3rd, wow can not believe it is December already!

This week Alpha group will be in person at the ship. Please make sure to complete our COVID-19 Form before 6pm on Friday, Link HERE.

Bravo Group will be online this week, the Mass Classroom Meet will be available as of 6:45pm, please login between 6:45 & 6:55 for attendance and Colours.

We will be doing regular training and review this week as we come closer to exams for the Junior Ranks.

Hello NLCC Achilles Families

This the weekly update for Friday Nov 26th. We are continuing with our In-Person and Online model, with some Health Units in the area ( not Guelph) having higher cases of COVID-19 we understand if you are not comfortable to join us in person. Please let us know, via email NLCCAchilles@gmail.com, if you plan to attend Online instead of In-Person if you are part of the Bravo Group, so we can make sure to accommodate.

This week is Bravo Group in person, please arrive at your assigned time and not before. As the weather starts to get colder and damp we don't want cadets to be waiting outside. If you are early please wait in your car until the assigned time. Everyone attending in person MUST complete the COVID-19 online screening tool at this LINK . This is not the same as the school one, please complete ours as we need to track the details for our records.

In-Person cadets are reminded to bring writing materials, binders and water bottle, ideally in a bag.

Online cadets are asked to be logged on to the Mass Classroom meet between 6:45 - 6:50 for attendance, the Meet will not be visible until 6:45. 

All New Entries that signed up in September and October should have completed their online uniform request (Link) and have received their uniforms over the last 2 weeks. In order to receive a uniform you most complete this form by Wednesday evening before you are in person.

Hello Cadets and Families 

Back to regular training this week. If you have a uniform please wear it, New Entries see the note below.

Cadets that are in person please remember you must complete the COVID-19 screening tool before 6pm today, this must be done every Friday you are in person training. The link is also posted at the front of the website. In Person cadets it is recommended you bring a water bottle or something to drink and writring materials.

Online cadets please login to the Mass Classroom between 1845 - 1855 for attendance, the Mass Class Meet will be open as of 1845 (6:45pm).

New Entries, for those that started in September or beginning October, please make sure you have completed the Uniform Form online with as much details as possible, we have sstared to hand out uniforms last week and the coming weeks. They can not be tried on at the ship and if something doesn't fit correctly you must email the corp before you are at the ship again NLCCAchilles@gmail.com .
